根据标准的SCI影响因子计算公式，以2022年为例，预测IF(2022)=A/B，其中，A为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章在2022年中被引用的次数；B为该期刊2020年至2021年所有文章的总数。预测的实时影响因子数据在全年中逐步接近真实IF数据，上半年的预测数据通常接近于6月底正式发布的数据，而下半年的实时影响因子则会从大约50%开始逐渐趋近于最终的IF值。（考虑数据入库延迟，可以根据当前月份占全年的比例来大致估计最终的IF值，且估算时可适当上调。）

Frontiers of Optoelectronics seeks to provide a multidisciplinary forum for a broad mix of peer-reviewed academic papers in order to promote rapid communication and exchange between researchers in China and abroad. It introduces and reflects significant achievements being made in the field of photonics or optoelectronics. The topics include, but are not limited to, semiconductor optoelectronics, nano-photonics, information photonics, energy photonics, ultrafast photonics, biomedical photonics, nonlinear photonics, fiber optics, laser and terahertz technology and intelligent photonics. The journal publishes reviews, research articles, letters, comments, special issues and so on.Frontiers of Optoelectronics especially encourages papers from new emerging and multidisciplinary areas, papers reflecting the international trends of research and development, and on special topics reporting progress made in the field of optoelectronics.
